GENERAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt.

All orders are provided with a tracking number for tracking purposes, which is sent by email together with the shipping confirmation.

Deliveries are currently only possible to delivery addresses within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The delivery address can be selected independently of the billing address.

GENERAL DELIVERY TIMES

The time span for deliveries consists of two periods:

1) Processing time (2-3 days) :

Order confirmation -> Quality check -> Pack -> Send

After receipt of your order confirmation, our items are ready for dispatch in 2-3 working days. Within this period, your order will be checked, approved and forwarded to our dispatch warehouse. The goods are packed there and shipped immediately.

2) Delivery time (depending on destination):

The duration of the delivery period refers to the period from our international shipping center to the destination. The shipping is usually done by the international shipping service "ePacket"*. As soon as the item is handed over to the shipping service provider, the delivery time is approx.:

-5 to 60 business days to Germany
-5 to 63 business days to Austria
-5 to 63 business days to Switzerland.

*All shipping times exclude delay caused by force majeure and customs. If there is a faster shipping method for you, we reserve the right to use this as an alternative to ePacket.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

1. Standard Shipping:
All orders are shipped free of charge regardless of the order value. This shipping method includes the option of shipment tracking as standard.

2. Premium Shipping:
We also offer insured premium shipping for a fee of +6.99€. In addition to shipment tracking, this shipping method includes insurance against loss, theft or damage caused by shipping.

HOW ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES DETERMINED?

In order to find the best and cheapest price for you, we source our goods from all over the world and therefore have different warehouses from which we ship our goods. For this reason, the delivery times mentioned above arise.
