1. Please pack all returned items in your package in their original packaging

2. Enclose your delivery note or fill out this form and either send it back to us by e-mail (copy and paste) or print it out and enclose it with the shipment.

4. Refund

Please note that you can only register a return once. If you forgot to register a product, simply enclose it in the box. If you would like to keep one of your registered items, then do not send it back.

The refund will be made via the deposited means of payment within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods by our external logistician.
